Project Brief
For this project the challenge was to create a graphic standards manual for a self created company. This company works through an app in the form of a neighborhood watch program. In essence this is a crime reporting app that can help alert people in your region about possible and active crime in the area.
Process
Based thumbnail sketches off research relating to crime
Thumbnail sketches, matching icons to crime, neighborhood, and reporting
Logo development based off of thumbnail sketches
Used the ski mask icon to represent crime
Developed the logo to resemble an eye which implys seeing or "spotting" the criminal/crime
Final logo was modified down to take on abstract appearance of an eye spotting a criminal
